You will work in a dynamic team responsible for servicing key clients with a range of financial products, services, and strategic guidance. The role is part of a global financial markets group with a strong focus on client-centric solutions across key markets, including specialist expertise in emerging areas.
Role Overview
As a senior member of the Corporate Sales team, you will serve as a primary contact for clients, focusing on multi-product offerings and complex transactions. You will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, structuring deals, and collaborating with internal teams to align with strategic objectives. Your role also involves contributing to the sales operating model by driving key initiatives across various sectors and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-profile corporate clients.
- Focus on multi-asset product offerings, including FX, rates, commodities, and derivatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor on financial risk-related matters to a diverse client base.
- Lead the full process of complex transactions from initiation to execution.
- Collaborate with sector teams, trading, and research to deliver client solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, including KYC and governance standards.
- Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk departments to ensure deal integrity.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in financial markets with at least 5-7 years in a relevant role.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Expertise in multi-asset product offerings and a track record of generating revenue.
- Fluent in English is an absolute must, Fluency in German (especially Swiss German) is highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Experience in leading and managing complex transactions, with a focus on added value.
