As a Modern Workplace Services Engineer, you will own the Microsoft-based digital workplace end to end, from design to daily operations and continuous improvement. You collaborate across international teams to deliver a secure, reliable and user-friendly environment. You’ll drive automation, security, and standardization using Microsoft technologies, supporting colleagues worldwide. This role offers global impact by shaping the digital workplace at Huisman and advancing IT operations in a fast, international setting.

Responsabilités

Design, build and manage Microsoft-based workplace solutions
Manage Windows 11 devices using Intune, Autopilot and update policies
Configure Microsoft 365 tenant settings (licenses, identities, domains, conditional access)
Perform tenant hardening and improvements using Microsoft Secure Score and CIS Controls
Manage Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365 and Purview policies
Configure and maintain SharePoint Online (permissions, governance, data classification)
Use PowerShell scripting for automation and management
Support internal projects and technology rollouts
Provide third-line support and mentor team members
Document procedures, root cause analyses and technical design decisions
Collaborate with vendors and global IT teams
