In this role you will drive regulatory compliance for Motorola’s mobile video products, cameras and video appliances. You will collaborate with engineering and labs to ensure safety, EMC, RF and cybersecurity standards are met across development and production. You’ll manage certifications and liaise with labs, regulatory bodies and suppliers to maintain conformance. Your work directly supports safe, compliant products used in critical public safety contexts. This is a chance to shape certification strategy and accelerate time-to-market in a global setting.

Responsabilités
- Oversee safety, EMC, wireless and cybersecurity certification for video security products
- Interpret and apply relevant standards and certification requirements
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical and firmware engineering during development to enable passable certifications
- Ensure testing aligns with safety, EMC, RF and cybersecurity standards
- Advocate with test labs, agencies and governing bodies on Motorola Solutions' behalf
- Coordinate with suppliers and industry partners to meet regulatory compliance
- Produce and maintain compliance certificates and test reports demonstrating conformance
- Support and drive regulatory compliance process improvement activities
Principales exigences
- 10+ years in regulatory compliance for wireless video/multimedia equipment
- Extensive EMC, RF and safety certification experience
- Experience with certification bodies and test labs
- Experience obtaining country type approvals (FCC, ICES, CE, RCM, Anatel)
- Knowledge of: IEC 62368-1, IEC 62471; FCC and EN/ICES standards; EN 301, EN 18031-2, ETSI 303 645; ISO 7637; Bluetooth SIG certification
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain standards clearly
- Willingness to attend online meetings across Asian and European time zones
- Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent (as stated)
