Responsabilités

Lead tax compliance and planning for a diverse client portfolio
Review and prepare complex tax returns ensuring regulatory compliance
Develop tax strategies to optimize client tax positions
Conduct tax research and stay updated on tax legislation
Manage and mentor junior tax staff
Collaborate with other departments to offer comprehensive financial services
Utilize Ultra Tax and SurePrep for efficient tax preparation and review

Principales exigences

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required
Minimum 5 years of experience in tax management or similar role
Strong knowledge of tax planning, preparation, and compliance processes
Proficiency in tax software such as Ultra Tax and Thompson Reuters
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
