In this role you help clients navigate IT challenges in M&A journeys, from deal closing through Day 100 and post-deal phases. You’ll join a Technology Strategy & Transformation team to optimize IT in transactions, support cross‑functional teams, and drive value through technology integration or separation. You will work on complex M&A environments across industries, leveraging a global network and development programs. This is an impactful opportunity to shape IT implications of strategic transactions and growth.

Responsabilités

Lead IT separation and integration programs and related IT sub-workstreams
Plan and execute technology integration and separation activities across IT domains
Prepare Day 100 and Day 2 readiness activities and TSA exit readiness with executive reporting
Develop IT blueprint documentation, including separation scenarios and migration/transition plans
Establish and manage a technology PMO and related governance artifacts
Support business development and practice development activities within international teams
Collaborate with clients and other Deloitte units to optimize Technology Organizations

Principales exigences

University degree
3–5 years of work experience in Consulting or a corporate environment
Experience in the M&A lifecycle and IT’s role within it
Experience in at least two areas: IT separation/integration programs; ERP/Enterprise Architecture/IT Service Management; Day 100/Day 2 planning; TSA exit readiness; IT migration/transition planning; IT PMO
