Responsabilités

oversee accounting, finance, and financial reporting functions for a privately held company
develop and implement internal controls and financial processes
analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
provide strategic financial guidance to support growth objectives
lead and develop finance team and coordinate with stakeholders
support clients and advisory engagements as appropriate
ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Principales exigences

experience in accounting and finance leadership
strong background in mortgage banking sector (preferred)
ability to provide strategic financial guidance and analytics
demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurially minded mindset
excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
proven track record in financial reporting and controls
