In this role you will manage a diverse client portfolio within our Corporate Expansion Services team, ensuring timely and accurate financial and tax reporting. You will be the primary contact for clients, their accountants, and advisers, supporting meetings and coordinating SPV administration, VAT/CIT filings, and statutory financial statements. You will lead and mentor junior staff while actively contributing to cross-border accounting activities and board discussions. This position offers growth through direct client impact and involvement in audits and financial planning for family-owned and entrepreneurial clients.

Responsabilités

Manage a client portfolio and serve as main contact for clients, accountants, and advisers
Maintain client relationships and support client meetings
Administer SPV-related reporting (monthly/quarterly) and analyze variances, cash flows, and working capital
Close accounts by reviewing SPV-level accounts and collaborating with property managers
Prepare VAT and CIT filings with external advisers
Prepare and review statutory financial statements (Dutch GAAP/IFRS)
Oversee local audits and resolve audit queries to ensure timely, budget-conscious completion
Manage bank accounts and client payments
Plan and organize work for timely filing of records
Mentor and motivate junior/medior managers and act as a sounding board
Participate in board meetings with accounts presentation/clarification
Perform additional finance/administrative tasks as needed
Share financial knowledge across international offices

Principales exigences

Hands-on, proactive approach with leadership and client-management experience
Ability to prioritize, work independently under pressure, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and proactive questioning attitude
Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or equivalent; 5+ years relevant experience
Knowledge of Dutch GAAP/IFRS
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Experience with accounting software
