In this Regional Manager role, you will oversee all non-clinical operations across dental offices to drive regional growth. You will lead and develop regional teams, mentor operations managers, and shape a scalable growth strategy aligned with PDS-supported office expansion. Your scope includes identifying new locations and ensuring effective regional trainings and communications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate broader goals into on-the-ground improvements and expansion.

Responsabilités
- Lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices and build high-performing teams
- Provide leadership to operations managers and drive regional revenue growth
- Implement high-level strategic analysis and execute systems with accountability to achieve same-office sales growth
- Develop and conduct regional trainings and meetings with strong group presentation skills
- Identify future PDS locations based on geography and opportunity
Principales exigences
- Several years of multi-location management experience in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical, or related industry
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with superior project management skills
- Ability to draw valid conclusions, use sound judgment, and make decisions under pressure
