In this role you drive the technology practice’s performance and revenue, leading and motivating a small team while shaping business growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to recruit, develop talent, and communicate goals effectively. You’ll focus on pricing, client retention, and market trends to sustain above-average results. This is a hands-on leadership role at a respected global staffing firm with opportunities to impact strategy and culture across the practice.

Responsabilités
- Lead business generation and practice group performance to meet revenue goals
- Motivate, guide, and develop direct reports; participate in recruitment
- Communicate effectively across levels; manage change and facilitate meetings
- Drive pricing goals and ensure profitability; monitor market trends
- Build and maintain client relationships; support customer retention and expansion
- Oversee resource management and capacity planning; ensure productivity standards
- Promote inclusive, collaborative team culture with accountability
- Represent the practice in internal and client discussions
- Utilize technology systems and MS Office for reporting and operations
Principales exigences
- 1+ years talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience
- Proven performance in talent manager/director role
- Demonstrated success in business generation and development
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office, databases and other technology systems
