As a Business Development Specialist, you drive sales growth and strategic initiatives within Schneider Electric’s energy management and automation portfolio. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to advance key accounts, promote innovative solutions, and expand market presence. You’ll tackle complex customer needs through consultative selling and strong product knowledge, shaping opportunities with OEMs and partners. This role offers meaningful impact by accelerating revenue and customer satisfaction in a global tech-enabled business.

Responsabilités
- Meet assigned sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales/business strategies; establish call plans and account profiles
- Collaborate with other Schneider Electric sales teams to drive specifications and sales
- Promote Schneider Electric products, solutions, and services to assigned customers
- Develop new market and sales opportunities continuously
- Manage customer and partner relationships and expectations to achieve sales revenue and market penetration
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through availability, communication, order handling, and technical support
- Maintain CRM database for customer activities and opportunities
- Demonstrate success selling machine control and automation to OEMs
- Identify decision makers, penetrate C-level, and address personal motivations
- Conceptualize and communicate technical and commercial strategies
- Exhibit consultative selling skills
- Maintain working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motion and motor control, general controls, and circuit protection
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access; Salesforce CRM knowledge is beneficial
Principales exigences
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (engineering preferred)
- Proven sales track record in consultative selling
- Strong understanding of machine control and automation
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motion control, motor control, general controls, circuit protection
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is beneficial
