As Network Administrator at Keywords you will support IT Infrastructure with around-the-clock network services, ensuring secure, scalable operations for a growing global business. You’ll work closely with other infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and drive improvements. You’ll manage LAN/WAN, security controls, and core network gear to keep services reliable for leading game developers and publishers. This role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge firewall and VPN technologies and a chance to shape network resilience at scale.

Responsabilités

Resolve escalated network incidents within SLAs
Participate in problem management and incident response
Design, deploy and support LANs/WANs, load balancers, routers and switches
Oversee network security measures and risk mitigation
Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of network operations
Deliver on-time network infrastructure projects and document designs
Improve processes for efficiency and knowledge transfer
Maintain and troubleshoot VPNs (GlobalProtect) and firewall configurations
Contribute to HA configurations and failover behaviors for firewalls
Create technical documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting

Principales exigences

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
3+ years in network administration delivering network infrastructure systems, security and support
Strong knowledge of switches, routers (Cisco, Dell, HP) and firewalls
Hands-on Palo Alto firewall configuration, policy management, troubleshooting
Experience with GlobalProtect VPN configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting
IPsec VPN setup and site-to-site tunnel troubleshooting with Palo Alto firewalls
Experience integrating GlobalProtect with LDAP, SAML, MFA
Palo Alto security profiles such as URL Filtering, Threat Prevention, WildFire, App-ID
HA configuration, upgrade, and failover behavior on Palo Alto firewalls
LAN/WAN/SD-WAN design and architecture
Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, ACLs, route maps, traffic engineering
CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network certifications
Understanding of infrastructure change management

Cisco/Dell/HP switches and routers Palo Alto firewalls GlobalProtect VPN IPsec VPN LDAP, SAML, MFA Palo Alto security profiles (URL Filtering, Threat Prevention, WildFire, App-ID)
