In this role you will help safeguard and operate AWS global data centers, ensuring continuous cloud services. You’ll work within a diverse team of engineers and specialists to keep servers, networking, power, and cooling running smoothly. You handle hardware repairs, network diagnostics, and on-call incidents, contributing to high availability and cost-efficient infrastructure. The position combines hands-on troubleshooting with process improvement in a fast-paced, on-site environment. You will be part of a mission-driven team that values safety, security, and operational excellence.

Responsabilités
- Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix on various components
- Troubleshoot network issues and respond to operational incidents affecting service availability
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders (engineers, vendors, contractors)
- Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance/change management
- Contribute to documentation and process improvements based on issue analysis
Principales exigences
- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in computer networking
- Experience working with Linux operating systems
- Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
