As the senior on-site lead for Army TAP, you will oversee compliant, timely delivery of transition services across one or more installations. You will coordinate with government partners and enterprise support to maintain service continuity and quality. You drive scheduling, counseling, and CSP activities while ensuring accurate documentation and policy adherence. This role offers impact at scale within a mission-driven program

Responsabilités

Lead day-to-day TAP execution at assigned installation(s) and ensure coverage for appointments and events
Serve as primary contractor interface with Government Transition Services Managers and installation leadership
Oversee delivery of counseling, ITPs, CRS, and warm handovers; balance workloads across sites
Coordinate CSP briefings, verify eligibility, and align with PWS requirements
Enforce TAP policies and standards; conduct quality reviews, audits, and data calls
Supervise counselors and local staff; support onboarding, cross-training, and surge staffing
Maintain operations continuity during staffing changes or increased demand
Escalate risks, staffing gaps, and performance issues to Regional Manager

Principales exigences

Bachelor's degree (required)
Experience managing operations in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
Demonstrated leadership of staff in a service delivery or program execution role
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed locations

Leadership Communication Problem-solving Familiarity with AR 600-81 and DoDI 1332.35 Knowledge of Career Readiness Standards Experience with transition policy and DoD/Army guidance
