In this Business Development role, you’ll drive Curana Health’s growth in key markets by expanding existing relationships and forging new partnerships within the senior living sector. You will leverage your network from day one to accelerate expansion and support operator success with Curana’s care models. You’ll work cross-functionally to articulate value, manage a growing partner pipeline, and contribute to market leadership. This is a fast-paced, impact-led position for someone who thrives in field-based, relationship-driven growth.
Responsabilités
- Develop deep understanding of Curana Health’s care models and value proposition for senior housing communities
- Build and manage relationships with current and future partners; identify how Curana Health can support their organization
- Maintain regular contact with partners via site visits, emails, calls
- Track and manage relationships and pipeline using company tools (e.g., CRM)
- Schedule and run pitch meetings with potential partners and BD leadership
- Attend sales meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to share market updates and growth plans
Principales exigences
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred
- 2–5 years in the senior living industry with operations exposure (Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, Life Plan Communities)
- Experience selling clinical services to senior living facilities or SNFs (e.g., primary care, geriatric care, memory care, palliative, hospice, therapy, behavioral health, wound care, telehealth)
- Established relationships with senior housing operators in assigned territory
- Client-facing sales experience preferred
- Willingness to travel ~25% overnight
