In this role you will support Bruker RMR’s mask repair products across departments, showcasing tool capabilities in AFM, laser repair, and cryogenic cleaning for photomasks and wafers. You will translate customer needs into product improvements while coordinating quality activities and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. You’ll engage with customers through demonstrations and technical support, helping drive reliable, scalable solutions in the semiconductor photomask space. This position offers global travel and hands-on impact on product development and field support.

Responsabilités

Provide technical support and marketing collateral through sales presentations and product demonstrations
Qualify system processes and installations for each product
Ensure applications meet specifications and verify photomask repair/metrology processes
Assist service staff and end users; support manufacturing during build, test, and debug
Coordinate with Engineering and Sales to address customer requests and drive improvements
Conduct feasibility studies and testing on new designs or modifications
Analyze operating data to optimize products and instruments in the field
Travel extensively to customer sites and events as required

Principales exigences

Experience in the Semiconductor or Photomask industry (min 5 years)
Expertise in metrology, inspection, and repair equipment for photomasks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project; SharePoint experience is a plus
LabVIEW and Network familiarity a plus
Experience from sub-assembly to system-level electronics, mechanical, and integration
Detail-oriented with strong management and meeting skills
