Company

Our client is a Swiss- based manufacturer of pharmaceuticals with very low hierarchies and many opportunities to grow and develop.

Role

  • Management of the department and team
  • Development and Implementation of the overall RA and Medical Strategy
  • Ensuring a smooth and timely approval process as well as the maintenance of dossiers and packaging of the entire product range
  • Assessment of dossiers RX / OTC in the strategic decision-making phase including determination of the final approval strategies in the interdepartmental team
  • Validation of nutritional supplements, OTC and medical devices for legal compliance and eligibility
  • communication with health authorities (BAG, Swissmedic); Submission of application for cash admissibility with the health insurance system
  • Budget responsibilities for all cost related to Regulatory activities
  • Point of contact for Medical and Scientific information requested by customers
  • Preparation of medical information
  • Internal product training
  • Regulatory and medical control of the advertising material

Candidate

  • A degree as pharmacist or equivalent training
  • at least 5 years experience in Regulatory Affairs Pharma, ideally including generic and over-the-counter products (over-the-counter medicines, medical devices, nutritional supplements and cosmetics)
  • You have experience in leadership and as a project manager
  • Knowledge in Quality Assurance and Contracting
  • team player with empathy and ability to collaborate across functions
  • fluent in German and English, French is advantageous
